Dolly gets second Sydney concert

Dolly Parton will add a 12th and final Australian show to her concert tour this year, with the announcement of a second Sydney concert.

Chugg Entertainment have confirmed that a second Sydney date will now be added to the already extensive national run on Tuesday, November 29 at Allphones Arena (Acer Arena became Allphones Arena on September 1).

With one show already sold out this will be the second and final show for Sydney fans.

Twelve shows is not the only impressive statistic of the country star’s return to Australia. The stage set has 159,360 LED bulbs. Dolly’s gold piano has 1.6 million sequins on it. Each of Dolly’s performance outfits has over 120,000 bugle beads and over 6,000 rhinestones. 43 guitars are used on stage each night and over 2,000 rehearsal hour have been stitched up.

Australian fans have not seen the Queen of Country on our turf for 20 years.
