Dolly Parton’s November tour to Australian is fast approaching, and now comes word of an exclusive webisode series that will feature never-before-seen footage of Dolly Parton in the lead up to her arrival.

The first episode of the 14 part series, named Dolly Parton Tour TV will be released exclusively online on Sunday July 31, with subsequent episodes going live each Sunday until the week before she arrives in Australia.

Narrated by Parton herself, these webisodes will cover the full spectrum of the Queen of Country’s history, from her family life and career beginnings singing on local radio in Tennessee’s Smoky Mountains, to her musical influences, personal stories and an exclusive behind the scenes look into the recording of her latest album, Better Days, released in Australia in late August.

Tickets for the tour are still on sale through Ticketek.
