Former ACON vice-president and secretary of the NSW Bar Association, Rachel Pepper has been appointed a judge of the NSW Land and Environment Court.
From May 1, Pepper will preside over environmental, development and planning disputes.
She brings 14 years of legal experience to the role, including serving as an associate to the former High Court judge Michael McHugh.
