Sweating it out at Phoenix
Sweat is fast becoming a permanent fixture on the Sydney dance scene thanks to its sexy men, thumping music and awesome atmosphere.
We sent photographer Ann-Marie Calilhanna to Phoenix on Saturday night to grab some snaps of this great night.

LOST & FOUND: There were a fair few lost and found items at the end of the night.
They’re all with the Duty Manager of Phoenix. Contact details for the Phoenix are the Exchange Hotel… http://www.exchangehotel.biz/ 02 9331 2956 or P 02 9360 1375.
Support the Star Observer… while you still can
LGBTQIA+ media is under threat. Queer content is censored by tech conglomerates who amplify bigotry and push out AI slop — so we receive less financial support than ever.
When our community is muzzled and intolerance intensifies, we need queer media more than ever. Your donation means we can continue paying queer journalists to write queer news.
Don’t rely on the straight lies of big tech – support Star Observer instead and donate now.
Love that sweat time.
