Hit the mats

Sydney’s Harbour City Wrestling Club has started its 2012 training season. Wrestling provides a full body workout, combining cardio and strength training. If you are interested in joining, go to a free training session any Friday evening from 7-8.30pm at Boxing Works at 23 Pelican St, Darlinghurst. The club is also organising a beginners workshop for later in February.
