Wynter’s Sydney showcase
Wynter Gordon performed a six-song showcase at 302 on Saturday night to promote her debut album With The Music I Die.
The American dance diva delivered a killer acoustic set of covers and hits – despite struggling with a sore throat and nerves.
After squeezing her way through the throng of admiring gays, the 2011 Mardi Gras performer sat down at a microphone with only a guitarist for back up.
She started with a brilliant rendition of My Guy, before moving on to her current hit ‘Til Death.
Next was a surprise cover of Katy Perry’s ET, followed by her triple platinum number one hit Dirty Talk – which sounds even dirtier pared back to basics!
Wynter then sang a cover of Arcade Fire’s Wake Up before closing with Buy My Love, which has been confirmed as the next single from her album.
With The Music I Die was released in Australia on Friday.
