PSYCHE
Psyche is a live event that looks at the mental aspects of fear and pain. Suspension artists will demonstrate how hooks pushed through their skin can carry the entire weight of the body. A Bondi Ink tattooist will tattoo a willing subject while the audience can participate with spiders, coffins and ropes to get them thinking about fear. The event is taking place on Friday, August 28, at the Powerhouse Museum from 7pm. Entry is $10.

MEDITATION GUESTS
The Sydney Gay Meditation Group has invited leaders from the Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Centre to lead an interactive meditation and spiritual reflection session on Tuesday, September 1, at Clubs Swans. Gay Golf Sydney is a new sporting group for gay men in Sydney who are keen to play golf. The group hopes to organise a game every few weeks and play at some of the city’s many golf courses.

Harbour City Bears holds its Bears on Sunday membership badge draw every Sunday at The Flinders Hotel from 4pm. You have to be a current financial member to enter and be at the venue when your number is drawn.
