I loved the coverage on S.B.S, me and my partner watched it at home in Forbes – even the “gay bogan” bus bit! Some people are never happy!

Poor presenters and very poor coverage of the parade.
Very under-whelming presentation. Far too much babble from the announcers, and far too little coverage and information about many of the floats, and far too little of the actual parade.
Sorry SBS, too boring, turned over to Broadchurch after half hour.
I wasn’t impressed with the coverage/highlights at all :-( Quite disappointed actually!
When you see the commercial shown on television the night of the Mardi Gras, I say, what a crock of bullshit, Mardi Gras is irrelevant, it’s no longer about gay solidarity.

If you want it live, see it live. When it was telecast live it was way too long for a tv program. I appreciated the interviews and background pieces they did on floats, organisations and individuals which provides some perspective and information you don’t get to see when you are actually there.
But it was too condensed and too much of the parade ended up on the chopping floor – there needs to be a happy medium which this program hasn’t achieved.
The coverage was crap! It didn’t show half of the floats and in no way captured the energy of the night!

I watched it last night had to tune in sbs and watched it for an hour and a half because alot of my friends were in it, and thought something im going to watch and see heaps of people i know most of the stuff was skipped didnt see one person i knew very dissapointing
It’s a shame they didn’t show a lot of floats. We appreciate the coverage but a lot of people would have been a little disappointed as a lot of time and effort went into it and that 5 seconds on TV would have made them smile that little bit wider.. Let’s do live coverage again next year.. Thanks all the same SBS.
Turned it off half way through. The panel would work better live. Today’s moomba telecast had more bite
I love the hosts and stories on various individuals. I think it’d be great if next year they continue this, but also show the whole parade.
