Time Warp is an events-based group for GLBT people and friends and the next party’s theme is Hawaiian  and will be held on Friday, May 28, 7pm-10pm at the Fruit Bowl. Don your fave grass skirt and mingle with other tropically-minded community members. Entry by gold coin donation. For more details, please call 0421 701 662.

May 10-16 is National Volunteer Week. It is said “volunteering changes lives”. You never know, that life could be yours. If you admire an organisation’s works, investigate their volunteer program and become involved. And if you know someone who volunteers, give them a big ‘thank you hug’ — the world is a much better place because of them.
