Buddhist talk for gay meditation

Buddhist talk for gay meditation

While Sydney’s gay meditation group is normally firmly non-religious, this week they’ve invited a Theravada Monk to demystify Buddhism and homosexuality.

Bhante Sujato from Santi Forest Monastery in Bundanoon will give an address and lead the meditation at the group’s meeting this Tuesday 26 May, 7pm at Club Swans in Kings Cross.

The meetings each week are free and open to all regardless of experience. More information via [email protected]

  1. Buddhism is not a religion so I dont know why you have said “While Sydney’s gay meditation group is normally firmly non-religious”

  2. Thanks for sharing this. I hope there will be more of such events to come. I think buddhism is a wonderful religion and the meditative aspect is superb.
