Grants program open

The Law and Justice Foundation of NSW grants program is now open and offers justice projects funding of between $5000 and $50,000.

The Foundation’s General Grants program aims to improve access to justice, particularly for economically and socially disadvantaged people, by supporting selected projects to improve access and decrease barriers to justice, or through research, to identify needs or ways to improve access to justice.

The Foundation accepts applications from organisations with an ABN but not from individuals. Preference is given to applications initiated at the community level or with substantial community input.

All applications must be submitted through the Foundation’s grant application form which can be found at www.lawfoundation.net.au/grants

Applicants are encouraged to contact the Foundation to discuss the project idea, including its aim and method, at least six weeks prior to the closing date.
