Pollys grants now open
Celebrating its 46th birthday next month, the Pollys Club is the oldest GLBTI social group still operating in Australia.
The non-profit organisation also raises funds for Sydney’s queer community and charities, and as such, is having an open call from organisations that would like to apply for a community grants donation.
The recipient(s) will be decided by the Pollys Club Committee at its Annual General Meeting in July. Successful applicants will be advised and invited to attend the Pollys birthday celebration at the Roundhouse, UNSW, Kensington on August 28 to receive a cheque.
The number and size of grants awarded is at the discretion of Pollys Club, but will not exceed $10,000 per application.
