Cyberbullying comp winners announced
More than 100 films later and after countless hours of emotionally-charged viewing, 10 lucky young people have been chosen as winners of the BackMeUp national anti-cyberbullying film competition.
The 14-17 year olds from across Australia will now attend an all-expenses paid one week filmmaking course at NIDA in Sydney where they’ll create a 30-second TV advertisement to educate young people how to take action to help a friend or someone they see being cyberbullied.
The winners came from Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
