Casey Donovan and Renee Sharples Reveal Joyful Baby News

Casey Donovan and her fiancé Renee Sharples have shared the joyful news that they are expecting their first child.
It follows the announcement in November last year that the pair had commenced their IVF journey to become a family.
Now they have a due date for early next year.

Casey Donovan is ready for the next chapter of her life and she’s sharing the wonderful news with everyone.
“After extensive research, clinical assessment and absolutely no musical rehearsal… Baby arriving February 2027” the Musical theatre star announced online this weekend.
In an interview with news.com.au in November last year Donovan revealed that the couple had already commenced their IVF journey, amongst her hectic life schedule.
“I’ve been working away in the background getting the This Is Me tour released. I took a month off. I’ve done back-to-back IVF egg retrievals. Yeah, it’s been busy” she revealed at the time.
In April she revealed the next step of their journey writing, “Today @renee.sharples and I did our first embryo transfer.”
“I got the 6am flight back from Sydney to Melbourne and after a massive weekend of amazing shows in NSW it was great to be home into the loving arms of my love and put my legs up…Literally 💃🏾.”
“Now we wait…What will be will be. Sending all of the love, light and baby dust to all who are on an IVF journey.”
Now things are getting real with the couple preparing to welcome their child in February.
Friends from across the entertainment industry, including plenty of Australian Idol alumni flocked to instagram to wish them well.
“You did it!! Congrats my babes” wrote season two alum Em Rusciano, with their fellow castmate Amali Golden chiming in “Omg YAY! Congratulations you guys!”
Even television icon Gretel Killeen jumped in to wish her congratulations to the pair.
However, it’s not the only news of a new arrival for the singer.
Casey also announced this week that she will be dropping her latest single this week.
Her last song, Daughters and Sons, was released back in April, and she has been teasing her fans with news of the upcoming single this week.
