Lady Gaga turns 25
Lady Gaga turned 25 yesterday and celebrated by putting the finishing touches on her new album in the recording studio.
Hopefully, she took some time out to reflect on everything she has achieved over the past quarter of a century – including her transformation from the buxom brunette on the right to the gaunt, pointy faced alien of the Born This Way era.
In a career spanning less than three years, Gaga has sold 15 million albums and 51 million singles.
She has also won five Grammys and collected 9 million followers on Twitter.
Love her or hate her, there’s no denying that mother monster currently rules the pop music roost and if the success of Born This Way is any indication, she’s not going anywhere.
