Students given financial boost

Students given financial boost

A record number of queer students from around Australia will receive financial assistance, following The Pinnacle Foundation’s announcement that 14 young people will receive scholarships this year.

The Pinnacle Foundation is a charity which aims to help disadvantaged young LGBTI people achieve their career goals. The group offers a scholarship round every year.

This year’s recipients (aged between 18 – 23 years) were announced in Sydney last month, at an event hosted by management consultancy firm Accenture.
