The Melbourne Chargers rugby union club will make the Glasshouse Hotel in Collingwood its home during the upcoming Rugby World Cup.

The Glasshouse will be screening all the Wallaby matches on the big screen, with food and drink available for purchase for all matches.

The Chargers have invited rugby fans to join them for a beer over some top-class games, starting with the Wallabies Pool C matches, which begin on Sunday, September 11 when Australia vs Italy.

The finals series will also be shown at the venue from October 9 with the grand final screened at 7pm on October 23.

Chargers fundraising for the Bingham Cup tour also continues this month after Beer Bust and Bear Chest events at Sircuit Bar during July.

They’ll be looking for support at their next Beer Bust event at Sircuit on Saturday, August 20.

Kick off is at 5pm and will see the return of the infamous Boat Race and a show or two by Bumpa Love and the Sparklettes,

$8 gets you entry and access to $3 schooners from 5-7pm and $4 schooners from 7-9pm.
