Rainbow History Class – Melbourne Fringe

History class has never been so entertaining, timely and fabulous as Rainbow History Class, and even better, professor/performers Hannah McElhinney and Rudy Jean Rigg don’t even set homework! Having amassed over 580K followers on TikTok and Instagram, Rigg and McElhinney are coming to the Melbourne Fringe Festival to bring to life queer history from ancient times to the modern day. Catch the “inside scoop on secret queer codes, gender-bending icons and incredible activists” and learn “historical fun facts about secret queer love letters, the reason Alice Springs became a lesbian hotspot, the time gay slang sent the US military on a wild goose chase and a real life gay and lesbian kingdom”.
