Melbourne theatremaker’s big win
Prolific queer Melbourne playwright Declan Greene (pictured) was last week announced as the winner of the $20,000 Max Afford Playwrights’ Award 2012.
Greene’s winning play, Eight Gigabites of Hardcore Pornography, immerses the audience in the lonely world of over-40s internet dating.
Greene is currently working towards Malthouse seasons of his plays Tame in October and Pompeii, L.A. in December.
