Make your pet a star
This Mardi Gras Queer Screen will launch Queer Pet Project, a filmmaking competition that invites you to make a film, no longer than 10 minutes, about your pet.
The competition is sponsored by the queer-friendly vets at the Livingstone Road Animal Centre. All finalists will screen at a special event during this year’s Mardi Gras Film Festival.
First prize is $500 and pet care supplies. Entries close Friday, February 19.
