Success is in the air again for gay diver Matthew Mitcham. The Beijing gold medallist secured four titles at the three-day Australian diving championships in Brisbane.

The reigning king of the diving boards held onto his crown, thanks to wins on the 10-metre platform, one- and three-metre springboard and the three-metre synchronised event with teammate Grant Nel.

The Olympic champion scored an amazing 548.95 points with six perfect dives.

Mitcham, who was chief of parade on Saturday, became the second diver in history to win all three boards and the first Australian to win four titles in one year.
