Beyoncé’s message to fans

Beyoncé has reached out to fans after her highly anticipated fourth album leaked online yesterday – three weeks ahead of its scheduled release date.

While it’s not unusual for albums to find their way online prior to release, it’s uncommon for it to occur so early and quite rare for the artist to bring it up with fans for fear of alerting them to the fact that their music is, indeed, out there.

But instead of pleading with fans not to download her music, the R&B superstar took a level-headed approach and left the following message on Facebook.

“My music was leaked and while this is not how I wanted to present my new songs, I appreciate the positive response from my fans.

“When I record music I always think about my fans singing every note and dancing to every beat.

“I make music to make people happy and I appreciate that everyone has been so anxious to hear my new songs.”

Listen to Bey’s current top 10 Australian hit Run The World (Girls) below and make sure you buy 4 when it eventually hits stores. There isn’t a dud track on it.
