Kimbra announces national tour
Kimbra has announced her highly anticipated national tour.
The five-date interstate jaunt brings the jetsetting Kiwi back to her adopted Australian home in May for her first headline tour in close to a year.
The intimate affair will see Kimbra bring her live show to limited-capacity venues.
In the past year, Kimbra has released four hit singles – Settle Down, Cameo Lover, Good Intent and Two Way Street (all of which featured in triple j’s Hottest 100) – her platinum album Vows, won the 2011 ARIA Award for Best Female Artist and joined forces with Gotye for Somebody That I Used To Know.
She’ll be joined by Daniel Merriweather for the tour.
General public tickets go on sale from 9am Monday, March 19.
