Kylie’s fundraiser for Japan

Kylie has recorded a charity song to raise money for Japanese earthquake and tsunami victims, called We Are One.

The pop icon announced the uplifting duet with Japanese rap sensation VERBAL during her recent tour of the devastated country.

It was “written deep from our hearts thinking about everyone in the Tohoku regions”, she told the media in statement.

After winding up the Asian leg of her tour, Kylie will head to North America for a string of shows before bringing the critically acclaimed extravaganza home.

New dates were recently added for Sydney and Melbourne – with tickets to go on sale Monday.

The 42-year-old also announced she is taking her Aphrodite – World Tour to South Africa in July.

It will be her first visit to the African nation.
