Mauboy gets the deluxe treatment
Following the release of Jessica Mauboy’s second studio album Get ‘Em Girls, Sony Music Australia has announced the release of the Get ‘Em Girls: Deluxe Edition, out August 12.
The two-disc deluxe edition features seven new tracks including a duet with Stan Walker and remixes of some of the original album’s big hits; Saturday Night and What Happened To Us.
The first single from deluxe edition, Inescapable, is available to purchase digitally now. The upbeat, pop anthem was penned for Mauboy by US song-writer Diane Warren, who has previously written songs for Beyonce, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Mary J Blige.
Mauboy will perform Inescapable live for the first time tonight at this year’s 9th annual ASTRA Awards, celebrating excellence in subscription television.
