New Madonna on the way
According to Madonna’s manager, the Queen of pop will head into the studio next month to begin work on her 12th studio album.
Guy Oseary shared the news via Twitter, saying the 52-year-old has already decided on the producers she would like to work with.
As for a tour, he was less forthcoming: “there is nothing to report in regards to tour … you guys know how this works… first comes the album.”
It’s been three years since Madonna last released an album – the ill-fated Hard Candy – so it will be interesting to see what she comes up with this time.
Perhaps Lady Gaga could throw her a bone and write a couple of songs for her after ruthlessly pillaging her back catalogue for the past couple of years?
Here’s a flashback to Bye Bye Baby, one of the pop icon’s hits from the early ’90s.
Support the Star Observer… while you still can
LGBTQIA+ media is under threat. Queer content is censored by tech conglomerates who amplify bigotry and push out AI slop — so we receive less financial support than ever.
When our community is muzzled and intolerance intensifies, we need queer media more than ever. Your donation means we can continue paying queer journalists to write queer news.
Don’t rely on the straight lies of big tech – support Star Observer instead and donate now.
