New music, movie from Cosmo Jarvis

Cosmo Jarvis will release his third album Think Bigger on July 6 and this week premieres his lead single from the album, Love This.

Think Bigger includes the roaring folkabilly of Sunshine, about contemporary society’s damaging sense of entitlement; the elegy The Girl From My Village; whilst Train Down Town is about a dystopian future and Lacie is revealed as an ode to Cosmo’s computer’s external hard drive – “because I am unable to express how thankful I am that while I sleep the contents of my brain are being guarded,” he said.

The Gay Pirates singer, who made it into triple j’s hottest 100 this year, has also announced he’s finished his movie, The Naughty Room. Check out the trailer below (warning: language).

Think Bigger will be released on 25th Frame, distributed through MGM.
