FOAM PARTY IS BACK

Grab your budgie smugglers and a pair of goggles because Arq nightclub is holding another of their famous foam parties this Friday 12 January from 10pm. It’s called Fomo and partygoers are advised to don swimwear, though no open toe shoes will be allowed so don’t rock up in thongs (not the footwear variety anyway). DJs include Jimmy Dee and Matt Steer. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 on the door.

DREAMGIRLS AT SLIDE

Slide will celebrate the upcoming Supremes-inspired film Dreamgirls with a launch party for the movie and its soundtrack CD on Sunday 14 January from 8pm. The night’s Soda Party will have a Dreamgirls motif, including a production show, themed d?r and giveaways to a private screening of the film. Entry is $5. Dreamgirls opens on 18 January.

KICKBOXING AND KUNG FU

The course is on at 60 Prospect St, Erskineville, from 6pm to 7pm. For more information call 0411 808 451 or email [email protected].
