A Star on the rise
Southern Star has appointed its first full-time editor.
Andie Noonan (pictured left), steps into the role after two years as the paper’s lead reporter.
It follows the appointment of Southern Star accounts manager Mark Whearem (right) to state manager.
Southern Star also welcomes the recent appointment of arts reporter Drew Sheldrick to its Melbourne editorial staff.
SSO Media Publisher – Southern Star’s parent company and publisher of Sydney Star Observer – Scott Abrahams said the success of the paper since its establishment in 2008 had paved the way for a Melbourne-based editor.
