Bingo for bowling club
Sydney Rams Ten Pin Bowling Club’s bingo night will be held at 7pm August 25 at the Marrickville Bowling Club.
Last year’s event was a great success, with 200 participants turning up and helping to raise $3400 for twenty10. This year, the event will raise much-needed funds for RAMS 2013 Mardi Gras float, with all remaining profits to be donated to charity.
Book a table of 10 or less for $10, $15 or $20 per person – includes bingo booklet and pens, door prizes and entertainment.
Sydney Rams is a competitive league that was formed for the gay community in 1984 and has become one of Australia’s foremost bowling leagues. The group has a large social aspect and, besides weekly bowling, they conduct annual bus trips and occasional bus trips away from Sydney.
As a ‘handicap’ league with four-person teams, everyone in the league has a chance of winning at games. From the experienced bowler down to the beginner, the RAMS handicap system puts us them all on a level playing field
