The Flying Bats Division 2 team has taken out the North West Sydney Women’s Football League Premierships for 2012 but there is still the Championships left to battle out.

The team won the league’s regular season, finishing at the top of the ladder on goal difference.

They won 12 out of their 14 games during the season.

The Championship title is still up for grabs as teams fought out their first semi-final round last weekend.

Both Flying Bats Div 2 and Div 6 won their semi-finals games on Sunday while the Div 4 team still has a chance if they can win their game this weekend.

The Grand Final is set for Sunday, August 19.

The Flying Bats Club is Sydney’s best known lesbian football club and the largest lesbian football club in the world.
