Born This Way Ball debuts

Lady Gaga kicked off her hugely anticipated Born This Way Ball tour in South Korea last week, with plenty of details leaking out of what Australian fans can expect in June and July this year.

Gaga performed to over 40,000 people at the Olympic Stadium in Seoul on the first night her 110 gigs that will continue into 2013.

Fansite Gaga Daily reports that the singer began her performance with Highway Unicorn (Road To Love), before delving into her back catalogue of hits.

Other songs performed on the night included Bad Romance, Electric Chapel, Poker Face and Marry The Night.

The stage – which we saw in designs released earlier in the year – depicts a huge castle with a special ‘Monster Pit’ at the front of the stage reserved for fans who had queued the longest to see the singer.

The ‘Thailand Loves Gaga’ Twitter feed claimed the singer’s performance of Scheiße was the best of the night (listen below).

Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Ball setlist:

  1. Back catalogue of hits?!?! Er dont you mean all 10 of them? Shes only been going 4 years! And only 1 of her 2 albums was any good! This tour is just full of her latest album fillers! And they are awful! Im waiting for the real deal, Madonna!! 30 years in the business, hundreds of hits and a million times more looks to boot! GaGa is just Madonna’s bad warm up act! Bring on the Queen!
