Gaga ‘misunderstood’

Lady Gaga performed Judas on television for the first time on today’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Before belting out her controversial top 10 hit, mother monster revealed that she’s going for a “Mary Magdalene meets Hell’s Angels” look in the song’s video clip and discussed her upcoming HBO special. She also talked about how she’s perceived in the media.

“I think we all feel misunderstood sometimes,” she said.

“I live halfway between reality and fantasy all times. That is who I am and that is what inspires me.”

For her performance the multiple Grammy winner wore an unusually sedate blue latex ensemble.
