Sister Sledge delay tour
Local promoters have announced they’ll be scheduling new dates for the forthcoming tour by Sister Sledge featuring Kathy Sledge.
Initially planned for the Queen’s Birthday weekend, the Australian promoter Gusto has postponed the tour.
“It was a difficult decision for us to have to move the tour that so many disco fans have been waiting for,” said Gusto director Ken Hutchens.
“Kathy Sledge and her management have been very understanding and the group are looking forward to touring Australia’s east coast later this year, with new dates to be announced.”
Ticket holders who purchased their ticket online or by phone will receive refunds to their credit card or PayPal accounts.
Tickets purchased via retail outlets will need to be returned to the outlet to be refunded.
