Willow’s new song
Pint-sized pop diva Willow Smith performed her latest single on Oprah this morning.
Will Smith’s 10-year-old daughter scored a surprise international hit with her Rihanna-tastic debut Whip My Hair and is hoping for a similar response to 21st Century Girl.
The song is very contemporary – and again sounds like fodder for a much older singer – but it’s not quite as catchy or memorable as her previous single.
Nevertheless, it would be unwise to bet against it being a hit with the likes of Oprah and Ellen (who championed Whip My Hair) in her corner.
