Homeland isn’t a lecture though — with wry humour and a lot of empathy, Anderson delves into topics like the GFC and America’s Oprah-style addiction to confession, over soundscapes that range from icy disco to atmospheric orchestrals. Her new drag king alter ego, Fenway Bergamot, even pops up on a few tracks.
