Gay rapist gets 200 years

A Florida man who gave the date-rape drug GHB to nine men then sexually assaulted them will spend the rest of his life in prison after a court handed him a 200-year jail sentence last week.Seven of Steven Lorenzo’s victims testified that they met the man in a gay bar before going home with him.They later woke up in pain, some recalling forced sex or being restrained, Advocate.com reported.Two other men Lorenzo assaulted died.Police are also examining Lorenzo’s alleged involvement in the disappearance of three men who lived close to a Florida apartment owned by the serial rapist.An associate of Lorenzo who claims he helped the rapist to drug and kill two Florida men will face a separate trial later.
