So you think you can dance

Australia’s top choreographers and dancers are uniting this October for the inaugural season of Short, Sweet and Dance at the Newtown Theatre.
Kicking off on Tuesday 9 October, the season will offer audiences more than 20 short, sharp 10-minute dance works for a two-week season.
A notable line-up of choreographers are planning to feature their works at the show including Jodie McNeilly, Martin Del Amo and Paulina Quinteros.
The season will end with a prize-giving for a string of awards covering everything from Best Male Dancer to Best New Talent.
The Short, Sweet and Dance fiesta will feature 80 professional artists performing to a season audience of more than 100 people in the hope of helping the performers push their careers further.
