SAD DEPARTURE
Brandenburg artistic director Paul Dyer announced that concertmaster Lucinda Moon would leave the orchestra at the end of 2008 following a concert on Friday night. Australian baroque violinist Rachael Beesley will take on the role of guest concertmaster for 2009.
