Ryan Kwanten’s gay link
Australian actor Ryan Kwanten has opened up to gay magazine The Advocate about his younger brother’s homosexuality.
The former Home & Away heartthrob and current star of hit US TV series True Blood revealed that his Lloyd came out as a teenager and expressed his support for the decision.
“My youngest brother, Lloyd, is gay. He was probably about 18 when he came out, and I can wholeheartedly tell you that from the day that he did, he was a changed man for the better. The sheer beauty of who he is really came through.”
Ryan also spoke about the possibility of his character Jason Stackhouse engaging in some man on man action on True Blood.
“Well, there are more seasons to come, so there’s still many an opportunity. I’m sure Alan Ball’s concocting some road to take Jason down that he’s never been down before.”
