PayPal urged to stop aiding anti-gay groups
Activist organisation All Out is urging online payment business PayPal to stop allowing anti-gay hate groups to use their service.
A petition has been set up in response to hate groups such as Noua Dreaptă using PayPal to fundraise for homophobic marches in Romania and Moldova.
PayPal terms of service officially state that its users “may not use the PayPal service for activities that… promote hate, violence, racial intolerance”, but All Out claims PayPal has become a “favourite payment service for anti-LGBT extremists all over the world”.
They’re calling on PayPal to act immediately by shutting down the hate group accounts and banning all sites that promote anti-LGBT hate.
“Hate groups also damage PayPal’s brand and credibility,” the petition states.
“We ask that PayPal join the fight against online hate and immediately shut down the accounts of anti-LGBT extremist groups using the service.”
In 2010, PayPal came under heavy criticism for freezing the account of the German foundation accepting donations for WikiLeaks, stating it was in violation of the site’s terms of service.
“PayPal has permanently restricted the account used by WikiLeaks due to a violation of the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, which states that our payment service cannot be used for any activities that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity,” their statement read at the time.

Do you even know that these neo-nazi unemployed degenerates acted violently in the 2006 gay pride in Bucharest ?.
And they still protest until this day even though it’s against the law (the criminal law contains provisions making it a criminal offence to incite to hatred, violence or discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation.) the DA does not give a f**k. You say you have freedom of speech over there ? Go and protest against black people “because they are pests”, or because they are black and you don’t like black people. Freedom of speech does not give you the right to insult me.
This is typical of the gay community. They label anyone who doesn’t agree with them as a hate group and try to have them silenced. We have freedom of speech in this country folks. Lets protect that freedom.
