Get kicking with Rovers
Melbourne soccer club the Melbourne Rovers are back in action this summer and calling on new and current members to hit the pitch this weekend for a social match.
The group will meet this Sunday, February 19 at Princes Park, Carlton from 4pm. Participants will need to bring runners, a water bottle and suncreen. Shinpads are optional.
New players of any level are encouraged to come along.
The Rovers are also gearing up for the winter tournament with training now in swing for the season’s start in March.
During the winter season the club plays for the Yarra Jets in the metro and state leagues.
