Aqualicious Brisbane is now training on summer hours as the year comes to a close.

Brisbane’s masters swim team supporting friends and members of the LGBTI community meets at the Centenary Pool in Spring Hill for training.

Summer meets will be held weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7.30pm, Saturday 9-10.30am and Sunday 4.30-6pm.

Training is not held over the holidays from December 24 through to January 1.

New swimmers are welcome to join the weekly meets and are encouraged to try out for a few sessions.

The group meets on the pool deck beside the lockers 10 minutes before the sessions start.

Centenary Pool will undergo major renovations in late January, with Aqualicious examining options for the eight-month downtime. An announcement about a temporary venue is expected soon.
