Take the Pride in Diversity survey

Take the Pride in Diversity survey

WORKERS have until Friday to take part in a national survey that focuses solely on LGBTI workplace experiences and visibility of inclusion initiatives.

Pride in Diversity and Star Observer invite LGBTI employees working in non-LGBTI owned/operated workplaces to participate the survey, which has been designed to ascertain the prevalence of inclusive practices and/or heterosexism. It has also been designed to provide a voice for LGBTI employees in terms of their workplace experience.

The survey will allow Pride in Diversity to collect annual data, analyse trends and as a result, better understand the lived day-to-day experiences of our community within their place of work.

Pride in Diversity is Australia’s only national not-for-profit employer support program for all aspects of LGBTI workplace inclusion.

Summarised survey data along with individual comments will be accessed by both Pride in Diversity and Star Observer. However, it does not collect any data that could identify an individual or an organisation.

This survey is open to all employees of mainstream (non-LGBTI owned/operated) organisations who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans* or queer. This survey is also open to, and welcomes participation from intersex employees.

This is your chance to have your say and contribute to this important national initiative, which is the largest annual survey on LGBTI workplace experiences.
