Volleyball weekend
Freezone’s annual spring volleyball tournament is on this Saturday at the Indoor Sports Centre at Olympic Park.
This will be an action-packed event, with nonstop games, Freezone president Wally Salinger said.
This will be a great chance to see our state league teams mixed into a more social setting which everyone can enjoy.
If you are not in a team we will endeavour to place you in one. There are always gaps and extras required on the day.
The competition kicks off at 9am and finals will be held in the concluding hours of the day.
There will also be a celebratory party taking place at Centennial Park on Sunday 31 August.
