This green concoction is a pleasant drink to enjoy in any situation, BBQ with friends, by the pool with your partner or at your favourite cocktail bar.

 

Ingredients

30ml of belvedere
15ml apple schnapps
muddled kiwi fruit and mint
with a splash of apple juice
with finely crushed ice.

 

Method

Peel half a kiwi fruit and muddle with 6 mint leaves add 30ml of belvedere vodka and 15ml of apple schnapps along with a dash of apple juice to lengthen it. Crush ice till of a fine consistency add all to a boston shaker and shake till the shaker is frosted or u could blend it.
