Help is on its way
As communities and businesses across Australia swing into action to help those affected by the bushfire disaster, the musical community is organising a massive fundraising event to do their bit. Sound Relief, to be held simultaneously in Melbourne and Sydney on March 14, will take the form of two massive concerts featuring the likes of Kings Of Leon (pictured), Coldplay, Midnight Oil, Gabriella Cilmi and The Presets. All the profits from the Melbourne concert will go to the bushfire appeal, while in Sydney, profits will be split evenly between the bushfire appeal and the Disaster Relief Fund Appeal to benefit the victims of the Queensland floods.
