Brisbane’s LGBTI masters swimming team, Aqualicious, is moving all of its training sessions to Colmslie Pool in Morningside starting this week. The sporting group said the move was to accommodate its growing numbers in summer and other constraints from their previous home at Spring Hill Baths.

Their weeknight session times have also changed slightly, with Tues/Thurs sessions now 6.30-7.45pm, Saturday at 9.30-11am and Sunday 4pm-5.30pm. For those wishing to join the team, the group meets on the pool deck beside the lockers, 10 minutes before the start of each session.

Aqualicious came away from the State Long Course titles in Hervey Bay in March with the aggregate points trophy. Its swimmers also took part in the Glamourhead Sharks-hosted biennial swim carnival in Melbourne in October.
