Beyoncé’s DVD release
Beyoncé’s hugely anticipated “I Am… World Tour” DVD is being released in Australia on Friday with a Blu Ray edition to follow on December 3.
Australian fans will also be treated to a live audio CD of the gay icon’s 2009 sell out concert as part of the package.
The online buzz about the impending DVD release has been huge – due to both the unusual format, which captures footage from different concerts around the world, and an unprecedented publicity blitz in the United States.
“I Am… World Tour” is getting a limited cinema release in America and will also be screened as a Thanksgiving special on November 25.
The setlist includes all of Beyoncé’s big solo hits such “Crazy In Love”, “Irreplaceable” and “Single Ladies” as well as a medley of Destiny’s Child songs.
