Sydney’s largest gay and lesbian tenpin bowling club, the Sydney Rams, is looking to round up old and new bowlers for the 2012 sporting year.

The club will hold its reformation meeting on Monday January 30 from 7.30pm at Manhattan Super Bowl, 546 Gardeners Rd, Mascot. The half-hour meeting will plan another year-long competition, set dates for the club’s famously naughty bingo tournament and plan for other events members decide to participate in — picnics, trivia nights and possibly even a bush dance.

This year marks Rams’ 29th year, and as members build towards their 30th celebrations, they’re keen to have newcomers get involved.

Directly following the meeting will be a free night of bowling, forming teams, gossip about the summer festivities and other first-night fun.

The Rams welcome new bowlers to come along and find out about the league. Whether you’re a total novice or a charged-up competitor, they welcome you to the club.
